The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 420, 120B, 414 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant got information that many criminals have assembled by the side of Gyatri Hotel. The police raided the place and one person namely Lakhi @ Lakhindra Paswan was apprehended who disclosed the name of Santosh Paswan, Mahesh Paswan, Satrughan Sah and Md. Kausar. From the possession of apprehended accused one mobile and Rs. 4020/- were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4885 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 petitioners were not apprehended at the spot and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It appears that the name of the petitioners figured in the so called confessional statement of Lakhindra Paswan.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Mausami Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 620 of 2013.
