JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, some unknown miscreants assaulted the informant and looted cash, mobile, purse etc. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
