The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. During investigation, none of the witnesses has said anything against this petitioner. Informant herself is a lady of questionable character.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
