Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that in terms of the order of the writ court, opposite parties have granted promotion to the petitioner but consequential benefit has not reached the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped. The application stands disposed of.

The court hope and trust that the opposite parties shall ensure payment of consequential benefit within a period of one month from today.

So far as denial of 2nd ACP is concerned, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to challenge the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
