JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/128/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the order dated 26.09.2019, both the parties have agreed to appear before the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The report of the Mediator's (at flag 'B') shows that the dispute between parties has been resolved through the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44287 of 2019(4) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 process of mediation, the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is being attached herewith. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Juduicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1/128/2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
