The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kuraisi. Except the confessional statement there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2014.

On consideration of the fact that name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner was not put on T.I.P., the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4928 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 397 of 2014.
