Taking into consideration that alleged recovery is said to have been made from a Gumti and admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Excise Case no. 79/2014.
