2. It is submitted by the Learned counsel for the petitioners that Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 31791 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8301 of 2016(6) dt.10-07-2024 3/3 2018, is pending before the Apex Court.

3. It is pertinent to mention that the said matter relates to the same company.

4. At the outset, the Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issue involved in the present case is sub judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and hence the petitioners sought liberty to withdraw the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail such other remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
