The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daniawan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 420 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 66 of the I.T. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75358 of 2018(6) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna City in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
