In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No.122 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant has eloped with Rahul Kumar for the purposes of entering into the marriage. Further allegation has been made to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. No specific role has been attributed against these petitioners with respect to kidnapping the girl and the F.I.R. itself

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41134 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 reflects that the daughter of the informant is a major girl. Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-15, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Gaighat P.S.
