The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 246/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a and 27 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner made firing on the informant which did not hit him. Hearing the sound of pistol nearby people came to save the informant and surrounded the petitioner. Thereafter police arrested the petitioner and recovered one pistol and Khokha from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.
