JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 Heard Sri Shashi Bhushan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bindhyachal Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Managing Director, Sasaram Bhabhua Central Co-operative Bank Limited, Sasaram [hereinafter referred to as "Bank"].
The present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of
Patna High Court MJC No.2093 of 2016(5) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 willful disobedience to an order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5483 of 2008.
At the very outset, Sri Bindhyachal Rai, learned counsel for the Bank submits that order of writ court has already been complied with however some delay has occurred which was not intentional. Learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to dispute the fact however he requests for disposal of the present petition with observation that if any grievance still exists the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
