JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle officer, Mairwa, Siwan i.e. the respondent no. 6, to conclude the proceedings of the Encroachment case no. 02 of 2003-04.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent no. 6 to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 02 of 2003-04, by passing final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law

Patna High Court CWJC No.12367 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if not already disposed off.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
