The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.647 of 2012, arising out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Earlier this Court rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner thrice.
From the report dated 27.2.2015 it appears that except the Doctor and I.O. all witnesses have been examined. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5254 of 2015 (3) dt.25-03-2015 is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to ensure the production of I.O. and Doctor who are official witnesses and for their appearance take all coercive steps and complete the trial within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Senior Superintendent of Police, Bettiah, West Champaran is also directed to ensure the production of aforesaid two official witnesses to conclude the trial.
