Despite valid service of notice to the opposite party no.2, she has chosen not to appear in the case. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila (Bhabhua) P.S.Case No. 27 of 2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 379, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Regard being had to the nature of allegation made in the FIR, submissions advanced at the Bar and the pleadings made in the application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released
