1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to extend the employment period of the petitioner as Key Resource Person under Saksharta Mission, Bihar of the Education Department till 65 years of age at par with the extension of services on contractual basis of the employees under Sarv Siksha Pariyojana, Bihar of the Education Department.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12308 of 2022(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 petitioner is working on contractual basis under Saksharta Mission, Bihar of the Education Department, being controlled by the Bihar Education Project Council.

4. The petitioner proposes to file a representation before the Director, Bihar Education Project Council for redressal of his grievances.

5. Without giving any opinion on the merit of this case, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Director, Bihar Education Project Council and if such a representation is filed, the Director, Bihar Education Project Council, shall consider the same in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
