The petitioners were earlier granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 04.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18432 of 2017, however, the present application has been filed that the petitioners could not surrender within the period as directed, as such he has prayed for extension of time to surrender. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, in spite of direction of this Court, the petitioners have not surrendered, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 04.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.18432 of 2017.

Let the petitioners surrender in the court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40892 of 2017 (2) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 make prayer for regular bail which will be considered by the learned court below on own merit.
