The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram.

The accusation is that on 14.05.2017 petitioner started to abuse due to damaging of Naad on which Soni Devi, wife of the informant made protest. Thereafter, the petitioner and other family members came there having armed with Ramba (lethal weapon) and assaulted at the head of Soni Devi due to which she become injured and was rushed to the Sadar Hospital

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47680 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 from there she was referred to Varanasi at BHU Trauma Centre. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
