Petitioner is an accused in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) , 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum- Excise Court, Vaishali at
