JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in the depiction of respondent no. 4. Permission, so sought, is granted.

Needful be done during the course of the day.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-

2/4 "1. 1/A To pass a well-reasoned order on Representations of the Petitioner dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure-P/2 series) and after hearing, taking into account and discussing all the 7 (seven) Annexures therein including documentary proofs of forgery and interpolation of the land records/Jamabandi Register of Mauja- Khedalpura, Thana No. 50, Tauzi No. 2544, Jamabandi No. 53 and Khesra No. 211 & 427 by the Respondent No.6 (in collusion with the Circle Officer and Revenue Karmchari) attached to the said representation in a time bound manner.

1/B. To direct a time-bound official inquiry into the matter emanating from the representations dated 26.04.2024 (Annexure-P/2 series) read with all the seven annexures being proofs of forgery with the land records and accordingly direct stern action against the erring officials who have been involved in forgery and interpolation of land records relating to the petitioner's

3/4 ancestral land in Mauja-Khedalpur Thana No. 50, Tauzi No. 2544, Jamabandi No. 53 and Khesra No.

211 & 427.

1/C. To call for the land records/physical Jamabandi register including the "scanned copy" of the of the Jamabandi register of MaujaKhedalpura, Thana No. 50, Tauzi No. 2544, Jamabandi No. 53 and Khesra No. 211 & 427 from the concerned respondents as the same will reveal clear case of forgery and interpolation of the land records."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the District Magistrate, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
