Petitioner seeks bail in Goh P.S. Case No.37 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 436, 427 Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is registered against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019. Name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Mtritunjay Mishra. It is also submitted that several other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court as well as co-ordinate Benches of this Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Case No.37 of 2012, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
