(B) For issuance of appropriate writ /order on direction commanding the respondents not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner on the above mentioned land on which the petitioner has been living/residing with his family from the life time of their forefathers.

(C) For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to live/reside on the land in question on which the petitioner has been living by constructing a house from the time immemorial."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities with regard to his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
