The petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No. 62 of 2014 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 registered under sections 7, 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the P.C. Act.

According to the prosecution case the petitioner was caught raid handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 8000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had already issued rent receipt. The story of taking bribe is concocted. Charge sheet has already been submitted and petitioner is in jail since 28.11.2014.

Learned counsel for the Vigilance has opposed the prayer for bail. It appears that the petitioner has already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5209 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 remained in jail for more than two months for accepting the bribe of Rs. 8000/- and charge sheet has already been submitted. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No. 62 of 2014 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014.
