JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 09.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and tried to establish forceful physical relationship with the informant and when the daughter of the informant came to rescue, then the petitioner made attempt to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to the fact that the petitioner is the employee of the agnate of the informant with whom the informant is on litigating terms. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S.
