The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara (Khawaspur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
