JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Informant is the uncle of this petitioner and there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42389 of 2017(4) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
