JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. was registered after two days and there is no eye witness of the occurrence. There is previous land dispute between the parties. From the impugned order also it appears that there is no evidence to connect the petitioner with the crime.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
