2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) (D) of the Information Technology Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to issue fake ration cards. During course of investigation, the beneficiaries have admitted to have obtained the said ration cards from the cyber cafe of the petitioner.
