The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of one Santosh Kr. Patel and except the confessional statement there is absolutely no evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner. Santosh Kumar Patel has already been enlarged on bail in Cr. Misc. No. 3568 of 2013.

Case No. 682 of 2012.
