2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the appeal No. 72 of 2022-23 filed before the District Magistrate against the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Encroachment Case No. 72 of 2022-23 by Circle Officer, Harsidhi.
3. In view of the prayer, the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari is directed to decide the Encroachment Case No. 72 of 2022-23 on merits in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of six months
