The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.36 of 2017 registered under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of enticing away the wife of the informant by this petitioner with ornaments and cash Rs.80,000/- on 17.01.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner is the tenant in the premises of the informant. In fact, the wife of the informant, namely, Seema Devi, has lodged Complaint Case No.574(C) of 2017 against the informant and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47603 of 2017 (2) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 others pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Patna, and her solemn affirmation was recorded on 07.03.2017 in that case after lodging of the present case, which would appear from Annexure-'2' to this application. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-X, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
