2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents for removal of encroachment from the land which has been encroached by the encroachers.

3. The Circle Officer, Harsidhi is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 16.06.2023 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law in accordance with law.

4. If required, he may initiate an encroachment proceeding and dispose the same in accordance with law after
