(i) To pay the back wages due arrear salary to the petitioner in the light of order dated 28.1.2016 passed in CWJC No.6066/2013 alongwith other cases have disposed of by a common order as the common point involved in the said cases.

2. On perusal of the prayer made by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay arrear salary in the light of order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10887 of 2023 dt.14-05-2025 2/2 28.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6066 of 2013.

3. C.W.J.C. No.6066 of 2013 was filed by the petitioner for payment of salary for the period of 11 months from 01.07.2003; 01.07.2004 to 31.05.2005 and from 01.07.2005 to 31.05.2006 for having worked as Panchayat Shiksha Mitra. In the instant case, the petitioner has not indicated the period for which the petitioner is claiming arrear of salary.

4. Under the circumstances, unlike in C.W.J.C. No.6066 of 2013 no specific period having been indicated for which the arrear of salary is claimed by the petitioner, no relief sought for by the petitioner can be granted in the instant case in the light of order dated 28.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6066 of 2013.

5. The writ petition accordingly is dismissed for not having indicated the period for which arrear of salary is claimed by the petitioner.
