JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing of the order dated 18.9.2013, whereby direction has been given to transfer the petitioner from Government Primary School, Ichalo, Block Dagarua, District Purnea and also for quashing the order dated 20.8.2014 passed in Appeal No. 21 of 2014 dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of transfer dated 18.9.2013.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5095 of 2016(5) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reason assigned for transfer of the petitioner is non est. In view of the fact that the transfer is a incidence of service, no indulgence is called for at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities as to the place of posting and in case such application is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the authority concerned, shall pass necessary order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
