2. It is unfortunate that the petitioner has to move this Writ Court for a direction upon the respondent no. 3, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Muzaffarpur East to dispose of his Rent Fixation Case No. 7 of 2022-2023 which is pending before him for order since 15.02.2022.

3. If the said contention is correct and the order has not been passed for the last two years, the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has to look into the matter and do the needful.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent, DCLR, Muzaffarpur East to immediately pass an order in Rent Fixation Case No. 7 of 2022-2023.
