This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case N0. 465 of 2015, disclosing offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and the criminal antecedent, details of which has been given in paragraph 3 of the application, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
This application is rejected.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46375 of 2017(2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
