The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he came to the wine shop of the informant and demanded extortion of Rs. 50,000/- and also ransacked the wine shop.
It appears that the petitioner is accused in one case of 302 IPC in which his name has figured as a conspirator. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Tarapur P.S.
