The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation was kept pending for a long period and the order of cognizance has been passed in 2013.

The aforesaid facts may be considered by the learned court below while considering prayer for regular bail if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5542 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 184 of 1994 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Purnea. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
