JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, allegation against petitioner is of commission of assault by means of iron rod as a result of which informant sustained simple injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Case and counter case. Case lodged by the petitioner is earlier in point of time.
