JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 386, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner snatched Rs.

3400/- of the informant and demanded extortion for allowing the informant to construct his house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of the land dispute between the informant and the petitioner the accusation has been levelled and they were on litigating terms from before. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that accusation is specific against the petitioner and petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

Considering the accusation in the background of land dispute between the parties, let the

Case No. 664 of 2014.
