2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the

Patna High Court MJC No.1695 of 2016 dt.30-08-2018 order of this Court dated 03.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 16452 of 2015.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 01.08.2018 the District Agriculture Officer, Sitamarhi (opposite party no. 3) is personally present in the Court and a supplementary show cause on his behalf has been filed today. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 3 submits with reference to para 5 of the supplementary show cause that the interest amount of Rs. 6,50,888/- has been paid to the petitioner by cheque no. 096647 dated 06.08.2018 which has been received on 07.08.2018 in the account of the petitioner. It is therefore, submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that payment of the interest amount has been made.
