2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the main assailant who is said to have fired upon the informant's brother killing him is co-accused Murari Singh. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposes the anticipatory bail petition on the basis of the case diary, submitting that the petitioner is said to have handed over the pistol to co-accused Murari Singh, who then fired causing death of the informant's brother.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
