JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 02.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. In the present case, altogether three persons sustained grievous injuries but admittedly, there is counter case also and in the counter case, one Sonu Kumar sustained injury.

The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of flow of drainage. It is alleged in the first information report that the petitioner had demanded extortion money from the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7844 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Sessions trial no. 881/2014 arising out of Tarapur P.S. Case no. 78/2014.
