2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 02.09.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2651 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 02.09.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2651 of 2015 was put to challenge in an LPA being L.P.A. No. 1099 of 2016, which was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.04.2017, thereafter review petition being Civil Review No. 334 of 2017 was filed seeking

Patna High Court MJC No.809 of 2016(10) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 review of the L.P.A. Court's order which was also dismissed. It is further submitted that against the order passed in the L.P.A. and Review petition, the State preferred S.L.P. being S.L.P. (Civil) No. 9194-9195 of 2022, which was allowed by Hon'ble the Supreme Court and as a result thereof, the order dated 02.09.2015, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2651 of 2015 stands set aside and quashed.

4. In view of the above, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties and as such, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
