The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.3.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 7430 of 2017, by which he was granted anticipatory bail with direction to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to no proper information given by his pairvikar, the petitioner could not surrender within stipulated period and prays that time be extended for further three weeks to surrender in the Court below. Considering the same, further three weeks' time is granted, from the date of this order, to the Petitioner to surrender before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34894 of 2017 (2) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 in terms of the order dated 30.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.7430 of 2017.

The order dated 30.3.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.7430 of 2017 is modified to the extent indicated above. The Application stands allowed.
