The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, two country made pistols along with five cartridges were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Two country made pistols along with five cartridges are alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Case No. 18 of 2019.
