JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as the informant. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Mohania P.S. Case No.225 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 341, 323, 354-A(2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that by creating forged and fabricated Mahadnama bearing her forged signature (agreement to sale) has been prepared on that basis accused persons are intending to drive out from her property thereby depriving her and her mother from the entire land and for that a civil suit is pending.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41379 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 Accused persons scolded and thrashed the petitioner and her mother in presence of public.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
