JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he attempted to commit rape on the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that much prior to institution of the present case petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 2702 of 2014 against police officials and on the complaint of the petitioner cognizance was taken against the above stated police officials who subsequently, managed the informant and got instituted this false case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5864 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.case No. 187 of 2014.
