The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34629 of 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34629 of 2017 but due to mistake the father's name of the petitioner has been typed as Rameshwar Sahni @ Sukhi Sahni in place of Ganesh Sahni. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the father's name of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.34629 of 2017.

Accordingly, the order dated 11.08.2017 stands corrected. The period for surrender of the petitioner is extended

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62043 of 2017 (2) dt.24-01-2018 for four weeks from today.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
