The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.14 of 2015 arising out of Azamnagar (Salmari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit by this Court earlier on 17th October, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.35227 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 17th October, 2014, I am not inclined to re-consider the application for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected once again.
